Milan give Montpellier ultimatum

AC Milan have given Montpellier until midnight to decide whether to let defender Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa move to Italy.
Milan are on the hunt for a defender, and Yanga-Mbiwa fits the bill, in fact the Rossoneri have tabled a bid, but his French club have not yet replied with an answer.
The deadline is midnight, and the player has expressed an interest in making the move, but if the offer, reported to be in the region of six million euros, is turned down, Milan will then look elsewhere.
The 23-year-old centre-back was sent off during Montpellier's 2-0 defeat to Espanyol on Friday evening. Milan continue their pre-season build-up with a match against Cruzeiro at the Gillette Stadium on Sunday.
