Napoli star in bidding war
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has admitted there is an ongoing bidding war for the club's striker Ezequiel Lavezzi.
The Argentine front man impressed in the Champions League and Serie A this season and has attracted interest from a number of top European clubs including Manchester City and Inter Milan. De Laurentiis has revealed the club will discuss with Lavezzi there position and the future of the South American will be clearer in the coming weeks. He told Gazzetta dello Sport: "Six clubs continuously ask me about 'Il Pocho' (Lavezzi). "There is an international bidding war going on for him. "With calmness and alongside Lavezzi we will evaluate where he wants to go and what is the best solution for him and for the club."
