Pescara hope to keep Roma target Zeman

Pescara President Daniele Sebastiani says he is "sure" his club can keep manager Zdenek Zeman despite attention from Roma.

The capital club are on the lookout for a new manager and Zeman has been heavily tipped to take the job. Roma were set to contact Pescara over the possibility of talking to Zeman this week but Sebastiani remains confident he will stay after guiding the club to promotion from Serie B this season. "I'm optimistic by nature and I'm sure that Zeman will stay here with us," he told Radio Goal. "Right now, I'm not thinking about his possible departure. If that happens then obviously we would make a move."
