Lazio skipper Tommaso Rocchi says he's hoping to sign a new deal with the club as he wants to end his career at the Stadio Olimpico.
The 34-year-old joined the Biancocelesti in 2004 from Empoli and and currently sits fifth in his side's all-time goalscoring charts after making almost 250 appearances. However, the veteran's current contract runs out in a year's time and the striker says he is desperate to extend his stay in the Eternal City as he wants to finish his career at Lazio. "I have another year of the contract and my intention is to play more. I feel I can still give a lot," Rocchi told Lazio Style Radio. "I know that sooner or later I'll have to stop, but my intention is to conclude my career in the Lazio jersey."
