Silvestre happy with early-season form
Inter defender Matias Silvestre feels he has done well in his first few appearances for the club but insists there is more to come.
Silvestre could do nothing to prevent Inter slipping to defeat against Roma 10 days ago as the capital outfit pulled off a 3-1 victory. But despite the fact that he was found wanting for pace on a couple of occasions, the former Palermo man believes he has settled in well to his new surroundings. "I've adapted very quickly and am satisfied with my performances," he said. "I've played five out of the first six games from the first minute and think I did well." And the 27-year-old is confident that he will only get better at the San Siro. "You have not yet seen the best of me, but that's normal," he added. "Soon I will be at my top level and people will understand what I'm worth."
