Totti the wide man?

Roma coach Zdenek Zeman has hinted that midfield legend Francesco Totti might be used as a winger in the upcoming season.

The capital outfit have just begun their pre-season schedule and beat Val Pusteria 9-0 on Sunday. Speaking after the game, the new coach, who is in his second spell at the Stadio Olimpico, made it clear he feels that Totti could do a job out wide but stressed that nothing has been decided after the weekend work-out. "I've not given any indications. I found Totti as a winger and I think he can play there," he said. "The players had no specific duties today. I wanted to see how they played together. Today was not a football match."
