Boss steps up defender search

Wednesday boss Brian Laws is hoping to sign a new defender this week after being told Richard Hinds will be out for three months.
The defender suffered a fractured leg against Wolves at the weekend and Laws admits he will now have to go out and try and draft in a replacement on loan.
Laws says he has the cash and will step up his search this week.
"The injury is devastating news for Richard who always gives everything for his hometown club," said Laws. "He will be out for three months so I am actively seeking to strengthen this week."
