Jay Bothroyd says there is no need for panic after Dave Jones' side slipped to their sixth defeat in seven npower Championship matches.

The Owls halted a run of five straight losses with a recent point from a 3-3 draw at Burnley and although they followed that up on Saturday with a 1-0 defeat at home to Hull, Bothroyd said on Twitter that he was not concerned Wednesday had slipped into the bottom three.
"No need to be worried. It's a bad patch. Doesn't matter where SWFC are in the league now. It matters in May," the 30-year-old said.
Bothroyd insisted defender Miguel Llera's first-half header against Hull had crossed the goalline and that Jones' side should have been awarded a penalty for Andy Dawson's challenge on Michail Antonio after the interval.
"We're just not getting the rub of the green," Bothroyd added. "We should have a goal clearly over the line, and a penalty, I thought.
"We get into great positions and we haven't had enough composure to cross/pass/finish at the end. In the international break we must recharge the batteries and come back raring to go."
