Laws on Beevers future

Brian Laws has rubbished a report claiming Spurs had made an approach for highly-rated Owls defender Mark Beevers.
A national newspaper report this morning claimed that Tottenham had bid £2million for the teenager's services but that Wednesday boss Laws was demanding for £3m.
However, Laws, said: "Neither myself nor anyone else at Sheffield Wednesday has received any approach for Mark Beevers. There is no substance to this story at all.
"Mark is one of the best young defenders in the Championship at present and we see him as a key figure in our squad now and for the future."
