Owls heading to Portugal

Sheffield Wednesday have announced a pre-season friendly against Sporting Lisbon next month.

The Owls will take on the Portuguese side at Estadio Municipal du Albufeira on Sunday July 22 and the following Tuesday will play newly-promoted Premier League side Reading at the same venue (July 25). Dave Jones' side are also scheduled to play friendlies at Doncaster, against West Brom at Hillsborough and at Kilmarnock later this summer.
