Wednesday hoping for captain recovery

Darren Purse is expected to recover from an ankle injury in time for the Owls match at Scunthorpe on Wednesday night.
The Wednesday captain picked up a knock in Saturday's 2-1 victory against Peterborough and is yet to train this week but is expected to play in the game at Glanford Park.
Tom Soares is also expected to play after extending his loan deal from Stoke until the end of the season.
However, striker Francis Jeffers is expected to just miss out on a place in the squad due to injury but could make Saturday's match against Plymouth.
