Southampton striker Rickie Lambert has urged his team-mates to believe they can turn around their tough start to the season.
Saturday's 6-1 loss at Arsenal was Saints' fourth in a row following defeats against Manchester City, Wigan and Manchester United. Those results have left Nigel Adkins' side bottom of the table, but Lambert believes they can turn the tide having faced three of the division's top sides so early in the campaign. "We have learnt a lot in a short amount of time," he told the Daily Mirror. "I would like to see what points other teams will get against City, United and Arsenal. We can't be too down. "It was obviously a very bad day and that might happen sometimes. But it's how we react and how we come back next week against Aston Villa. Our season will start now - it's about keeping belief."
