Murty in line for recall

Southampton, 17:20, November 24, 2009 ,

Graeme Murty is in line for a place in the starting eleven when Southampton take on Hartlepool this evening.

Murty has not started a game in three months since suffering knee ligament damage in the Carling Cup clash against Birmingham but did come on as a substitute against Norwich at the weekend.
Saints boss Alan Pardew could now hand him a start against Hartlepool as Saints look to continue their fine run of form.
Elsewhere, young defender Joseph Mills has been ruled out after picking up an illness, while Paul Wotton faces a late fitness test after missing out against Norwich with a knock.
