Reported Southampton target Craig Gordon, who is a free agent after leaving Sunderland, insists he is in no rush to decide his future.

The Scottish stopper has been linked with a move to Southampton following his departure from the Stadium of Light but Gordon insists he will take his time before deciding where he will be playing next season. "Things will work themselves out over the next few weeks," the 29-year-old told the Daily Mail. "I've had a few bits and pieces of contact from different clubs but I'll take my time and see what the best offer is over the summer and see where next season takes me. "I'm quite relaxed that it will all get sorted out and I can get some first-team football under my belt." Championship side Hull City, managed by former Sunderland boss Steve Bruce, West Brom and SPL champions Celtic have also been linked with Gordon following his release by the Black Cats.
