Southend United,

Southend boast a fully-fit Freddy Eastwood for Friday night's npower League Two visit of relegation-threatened Barnet.
The striker, on loan from Coventry, had been struggling with a knee injury and was only able to make the bench for last weekend's goalless draw at Torquay. Fellow forward Elliot Benyon serves the final game of his three-match suspension as the Shrimpers look for the three points which would guarantee a play-off place. United were boosted on Thursday by the return to training of Ryan Leonard, Luke Prosser and Anto Flood, although the clash against the Bees, managed by new boss Martin Allen for the first time, is likely to come too soon. Christian Dailly (broken toe) and Blair Sturrock are set to return to training next week, but Liam Dickinson (ankle), JP Kalala and Barry Corr (both knee) have been ruled out for the remainder of the season.
