Del Bosque in Spain admission
Vicente del Bosque has admitted his Spain side will need to improve if they are to win Euro 2012 on Sunday.
Del Bosque's men saw off Portugal in Wednesday's semi-final, progressing through on penalties after the game had finished goalless after extra-time. Spain were not at their best in Donetsk and the boss knows they will need to improve for the final when they will meet the winner of Thursday's other semi between Italy and Germany. "Portugal were in control today and both teams only had a few chances to score, so we have to improve on this," he said after the hard-fought win. "The other semi-final will be a great match and whoever our opponent is in the final, that will also be a great match. But we don't care about who our opponents are."
