Injury blow hits Spain

Reigning European Champions Spain could be without Alvaro Arbeloa for their Euro 2012 Group C opener against Italy.

The Real Madrid defender is suffering with a back injury and pulled out of his sides first training session in Poland on Tuesday and remains a doubt for Vicente Del Bosque ahead of Sunday's game.
Atletico Madrid's Juanfran would deputise if Arbeloa can't shake off the injury, after making his international debut in the friendly against Serbia last week.
