Butcher lines up seven signings

Inverness Caledonian Thistle boss Terry Butcher has revealed he is planning to bring in up to seven new signings at the club.

The Scottish Premier League club say negotiations are at an advanced stage, with several players already looking for homes in the Inverness area, and Butcher is hopeful that he will be able to reveal one or two of them before they start pre-season training on 29 June. "Names cannot be revealed just now as their contracts at other clubs have not yet expired," said Butcher. "But they have committed their futures to us and that is very satisfying."
