Lennon believes in team

Celtic boss Neil Lennon is confident his players can get the job done in the Old Firm derby without his presence on the sidelines.
Lennon completes his two-match touchline ban when Rangers visit Celtic Park on Sunday and he admitted it will be difficult having little say in proceedings. "Any game that you have to sit in the stand and watch is difficult but we prepared the team very well last week and we'll do the same this week. Sometimes you have to trust the players and say 'just go and do it'," he said. Lennon was banned by the Scottish Football Association for comments made about Scottish League Cup final referee Willie Collum. There could be more punishment to come after the Irishman was hit with three more charges on Thursday.
