Celtic boss Neil Lennon says he has new signings "lined up" but admits he may need European qualification to persuade them to join.

The Hoops lost Ki Sung-Yeung to Swansea City on Friday but Lennon is hoping to use the £6million to bring new faces to Celtic Park, although any decisions will wait until after Wednesday's Champions League play-off second leg against Helsingborgs. "We do have players lined up, ones we have been working on for quite a while," he told the Daily Record. "Wednesday might have a big bearing on whether we can get over the line with these deals or not. "One of the big incentives to come here is Champions League football. If we have that then it would make it a lot easier. "I hope Thursday and Friday can be busy days for us. We are looking to add to the squad because we have trimmed it right down. It is looking just a little bit thin at the minute." The SPL champions go into Wednesday's European tie as strong favourites after winning the first leg 2-0 in Sweden.
