Stoke have agreed a seven-figure deal with Bet365, that will see the internet gambling giants replace Britannia as shirt sponsors.
The Coates family are majority shareholders in both the Potters and Bet365 and have announced the deal that will see the company name on the club's shirts for at least the next three years. Joint chief executive of bet365, Denise Coates, who is also the daughter of City chairman Peter Coates said: "We are delighted to have reached an agreement to become Stoke City's shirt sponsors. "It is a perfect fit for us as a Stoke-on-Trent-based company with a global reach and international markets. It also further demonstrates our long-term commitment to the club." Bet365 announced annual profits of £91.2m in the 12 months to March last year.
