Stoke will check on the fitness of Andy Wilkinson and Jermaine Pennant ahead of Sunday's final game of the season against Bolton.

Wilkinson has been missing for the last few weeks with a groin problem and is unlikely to figure against the Trotters, while Pennant has been dogged by a hamstring complaint. Boss Tony Pulis will check on both players but is unlikely to take any risks with the duo as there is nothing really on the game from Stoke's point of view. Rory Delap recovered from a back injury in time to play against QPR last weekend and should again be fit enough to take his place against the Trotters, who need to win to have a chance of staying up. Meanwhile, Ryan Shawcross says they will be going all out for the win and has warned Bolton they will not roll over. "There's a lot on the game for us as well," Shawcross revealed. "We are professional footballers and we always want to win games, but we also want to equal our best points tally in the Premier League. "However desperate they are for three points, we are even more so."
