Jewell lined up by Pulis

Stoke City, 12:51, June 25, 2009 ,

Former Wigan and Derby boss Paul Jewell is reportedly being lined to become Stoke City's new assistant manager.

Boss Tony Pulis is on the lookout for an experienced right-hand man to assist him at the Britannia Stadium and has identified Jewell as the man he wants to replace Dave Kemp.
The 44-year-old has been out of work since leaving Derby in January following a dismal time at Pride Park, during which the Rams were relegated from the Premier League with a record low points total.
