Jamie Ness is fit and raring to go and hopes to put an injury plagued few seasons behind him as he begins a new chapter at Stoke.
The 21-year-old arrived on a free transfer after he walked away from Glasgow Rangers this summer as they went into liquidation and he is now hoping to shine for the Potters in the Premier League. The midfielder has struggled with various injuries and was restricted to just five appearances for the Gers last season, but he has completed a full pre-season with Stoke and now hopes all his problems are behind him. "Yes, I'm definitely ready after a really good pre-season," he told The Sentinel. "I haven't missed any training session yet, so it's been a real bonus for me. "I've worked hard with the physios because I know how important a pre-season is for me and I'm delighted to have done that. If I can stay fit, then hopefully I can get in some good game time. It's probably the hardest pre-season I've known."
