Stoke look set to step up their interest in Blackpool winger Matt Phillips but face strong competition to land the winger.
The Seasiders have done well to fight off interest in the talented winger but, following their failure to win promotion back to the top flight last season, it is thought he will be on the move this summer.
Blackpool boss Ian Holloway will no doubt do all he can to keep hold of the player but with clubs queuing up for his signature, he could be fight a losing battle.
Stoke boss Tony Pulis is keen to land another winger and is said to be keen on Phillips if he fails in his attempts to lure top target Matt Jarvis away from Wolves this summer.
Pulis is keen to put pressure on Jermaine Pennant and Matthew Etherington next season and a move for Phillips could be in the pipeline, although he would face strong competition for his services.
Everton, Wigan and Reading are also among the club interested in the Scotland international.
