Stoke boss Tony Pulis is targeting Blackburn's Martin Olsson as he looks to 'shake up' his squad this summer.
Pulis is disappointed with the way Stoke's gruelling season has fizzled out and he is keen to clear the decks of some of the deadwood this summer before bringing in new blood.
Rovers defender Olsson is reported to be on his wanted list and the Swedish ace will be one of several players to leave Ewood Park following relegation to the Championship.
Pulis is ready to pay £4million for the 23-year-old, who has impressed despite a season of struggle for Rovers, and Pulis hopes it will be the first of many new additions at the club.
"We're going to shake it up a bit in the summer and that means letting players leave who have played second fiddle," Pulis said of the situation.
The Potters boss has been on a number of scouting trips abroad, including to Spain, and it looks like a revolving door could be in action at the Britannia Stadium over the summer.
