Turkish delight for Tuncay
Stoke City, 13:51, December 15, 2009 ,
Tuncay has pledged his future to Stoke and says he is very happy at the club despite taking until December to make his full league bow.
The Turkey international marked only his second Premier League start for the club with the first equalising goal in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Wigan to wipe away bitter memories of his substitution at Hull City.
The £5million summer signing from Middlesbrough ran off the pitch in a fit of pique after being withdrawn by boss Tony Pulis seven minutes after coming on when the manager needed to reshuffle because of Abdoulaye Faye's dismissal.
However, Tuncay told his club's official website: "I'm a team player and the most important thing is that the team do well.
"We have a good team, a good manager and good supporters and I'm very happy here."
