Boss Martin O'Neill will be looking to add to his strike force in the summer after a lack of finishing cost his side at Fulham.
The Black Cats created a number of clear cut chances in the defeat to Fulham on Sunday and the boss is aware that is something he needs to address in the summer. With just one match to go O'Neill is already working on his transfer plans in the summer and reorganising his front line is top of his list of things he needs to address before next season. He said: "I think that we missed some gilt-edged chances and eventually that proved the difference in the game. "That's something we're aware of. "But those were relatively simple chances for us and while scoring a goal might sometimes be difficult, I don't think it's as difficult as we made it look! "Having said that, I'm glad that we've not come to Fulham under the same sort of pressure that some of the teams below us have been this weekend."
