Martin O'Neill is eyeing a move for ex-Newcastle striker Louis Saha to pep up his Sunderland attack after he confirmed their interest.

Saha is available on a free transfer after his short-term deal with Tottenham expired this summer, and the 34-year-old claims the Black Cats boss is meeting with him today to thrash out a possible switch.
The former French international made the admission on the social networking site Twitter, as he looks to find a new club in time for the start of the new season.
He had previously been attracting interest from China and the Middle East, but it's thought the player himself is keen to remain in England if at all possible.
He told his followers on the site: "I'm on my way to discuss with Sunderland."
Sunderland are desperate to strengthen their forward line after Nicklas Bendtner returned to Arsenal following his season long loan last term, and the sale of fellow striker Asamoah Gyan this summer.
O'Neill is considering a swoop for Saha after weeks of getting nowhere fast in his attempts to lure Steven Fletcher away from Wolves.
