Exit for Sunderland international
Martin O'Neill has begun reshaping his squad ahead of the season end with the exit of Cristian Riveros to Turkish side Kayserispor.
The fee for the Paraguay international, who never got to grips with the physical side of the English game, is undisclosed but thought to be around the £500,000 mark. The fact he is also now off the pay roll on a full time basis, he had been on loan in Turkey, is a plus for the Black Cats boss who is looking to get the wage bill down at the club, it is currently running at a whopping 76% of turnover. Riveros maybe the first but he is unlikely to be the last player out of the club this summer as O'Neill puts his stamp on a squad he inherited from Steve Bruce.
