Star suffers season KO

Russell Anderson has been ruled out for the rest of the season after damaging knee ligaments while on loan at Burnley.
The defender went down with a knee injury in Burnley's win in the Carling Cup against Fulham on Tuesday and it has now been revealed he has suffered ligament damage which will end his season.
Anderson joined the Clarets on loan for a season but will take no further part following the injury and will return to the Stadium of Light for treatment.
