Celtic ace on Swans radar

Swansea will turn their attentions to Celtic midfielder Ki Sung-Yueng after failing to agree a fee with Bolton for Mark Davies.
The Swans saw Davies as the perfect replacement for Joe Allen but after failing with a £6million bid last week, have now started to look elsewhere and Ki is now said to be the top target. The highly-rated South Korean has just 18 months remaining on his current contract and after so far failing to agree a new one there is a good chance he could be on the move. Swansea are now ready to offer £5million and hope to land the 23-year-old ahead of QPR, Everton, Fulham, Sunderland, Rubin Kazan and Deportivo la Coruna. Celtic boss Neil Lennon said over the weekend that no offers have been made and says any club will have to pay big money if they wish to strike a deal. "They will have to pay a good fee for him," Lennon said. "I have had no contact from anyone. I don't know if (chief executive) Peter Lawell has, but it would not surprise me if there were a few clubs interested in him with his contract situation as it is as well."
