Jones set for Swans
Swansea are hoping to wrap up a deal for Stoke striker Kenwyne Jones before allowing Danny Graham to join Sunderland.
Swans boss Michael Laudrup has sanctioned Graham's move to the Black Cats in a deal worth over £4million but he will not let it go through until he has drafted in a replacement.
Potters ace Jones is the player he wants on board but there is still work to do on that deal and until it goes through Graham will stay at the Liberty Stadium.
Jones has impressed since returning to the Stoke side and although Tony Pulis is reluctant to let him go, the Potters boss knows he needs to sell before he can buy so the Trinidad ace will be allowed to leave.
