Michael Laudrup says Swansea's clash with Reading is one of the biggest games of the season as they attempt to get back on track.

The Swans have slumped to three straight defeats and had they not got the season off to a flying start they would no doubt be stuck in the relegation zone with Saturday's opponents. Reading have yet to win a game since gaining promotion back to the Premier League last season and Laudrup has been hammering it home to his players this week just how important the game is. A victory will lift spirits again and could get the Swans moving back in the right direction, while defeat will set the alarm bell ringing. "The next game is always important, but this time that really is the case," Laudrup revealed. "In my experience as a player and as a manager, there are moments in a season where you can't just say that this game is important, because you say that always. "I think there are three or four games during a season which are more important than normal important games, and I think the first one for us is on Saturday."
