Swansea City have appointed the Dane Michael Laudrup as their new manager following the departure of Brendan Rodgers.
The Welsh outfit, who can be backed using your free bet, have been in the market for a new manager since Rodgers officially joined Liverpool on June 1. Having come 11th in their first ever season in the Premier League last term, the side from the Liberty Stadium are hoping Laudrup can take the team forward this time around. The 48-year-old has enjoyed spells with Real Mallorca, Getafe and Spartak Moscow as a manager and will now prepare for his first season in the English top-flight. Laudrup has put pen to paper on a two-year deal at the Liberty Stadium and will be looking to use his time as a player at Barcelona to add some extra knowledge to the Swans' attratcive passing game.
