Boss wants top four

Tottenham Hotspur, 15:17, August 24, 2009 ,

Harry Redknapp says that Tottenham can challenge for the top four and a place in the Champions League this season.

Tottenham continued their impressive start to the new campaign with a 2-1 victory at West Ham and Redknapp believes they have what it takes to break into the top four.
Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal have dominated the Champions League places in recent seasons but Redknapp believes Spurs and Manchester City could shake things up.
"It could be open this year," Redknapp revealed. "Manchester City will certainly be pushing to be a top-four team, and there's no reason we can't push. We've got good players.
"There's no reason why we can't be up there having a go at it. We only lost one home game last season since I came here - to Everton - including all the cup games. We've won two away games already this year.
"If our home form stands up, we'll be right up there."
