Contract bonus for Spurs

Tottenham have received a major boost on the contract front as defender Kyle Walker has signed a new long term contract at the club.

Walker has been an outstanding success story this season and he looks very likely to make it into England boss Roy Hodgson's Euro 2012 squad for this summer's competition.
The fact he has signed a new deal at the club is a major bonus for Spur, his new deal runs until 2017.
His performances have not gone unnoticed during the game and he was voted PFA Young Player of the Year last month ahead of the likes of Sergio Aguero and Danny Welbeck.
