Defender looks for fighting spirit

Spurs defender Willam Gallas is looking for the side to produce the goods against Reading at the weekend.

Andre Villas-Boas' side have yet to pick up a win this season and it will not be easy at newly promoted Reading on Saturday but the former Arsenal man says they are ready to put in the hard work that is needed.
"We have to work again for the next game, to improve again. We have to fight," the Frenchman told Tottenham's official website.
"In the Premier League now, when you saw how Norwich played and I would say they played well, they were compact, maybe we didn't play quick.
"So they had time to come back and be ready for the counter-attack. We have to improve on that."
