Frenchman eyes Spurs move

Tottenham Hotspur, 12:42, August 27, 2009 ,

Le Havre midfielder Kevin Anin is hoping he did enough in his trial spell at White Hart Lane to earn a permanent move to Spurs.

The 23-year-old had a short trial spell with Harry Redknapp's Spurs last week and is eager to make the move to England permanent.
He said: "I want to join Spurs. They are a great team and I know I can play on the required level demanded by Harry Redknapp.
"To play in the Premier League can bring my game to another level. I am really looking for the two teams to agree a deal.
"I love it already, fingers crossed the two teams will reach an agreement."
It is thought Tottenham are keen to sign Anin on loan with a view to a permanent deal, though reports in France suggest Le Havre would prefer to sell the player rather and it remains to be seen whether the two clubs can thrash out a deal before the transfer window closes.
