Harry confirms striker Hunt
Tottenham could be set to take Real Madrid's striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar from under the noses of German Bundesliga outfit Stuttgart.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has confirmed an interest in the 25-year-old Dutch international, who has reportedly snubbed the chance of a move to Stuttgart worth around £15million to the Spanish giants. And with Real Madrid looking to claw back some money following their crazy spending on Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema, a bid from Tottenham could now be forthcoming.
"The lad is a very good goalscorer and I'm still interested in him," said Redknapp.
"I know of Stuttgart's involvement but I'm hoping we will still be able to do something.
"There's a lot of talk about who I may or may not be after but Huntelaar is the one I like."
