Harry Redknapp is looking for Tottenham to focus on domestic league and cup success after their 1-0 Uefa Cup win at NEC Nijmegen.
The Spurs boss watched his side keep their ambitions of
European glory on track in Holland on Thursday thanks to Jamie O'Hara's goal at Stadion De Goffert which should earn them a place in the knockout stages
through Group D.
However there is a busy week of domestic football coming up with a home game against
Everton on Sunday followed by a Carling Cup quarter-final against
Watford at Vicarage Road on Wednesday.
Redknapp is pleased with the Uefa Cup win, but with Spurs still 16th in the Premier League, his main priority is to ensure the Londoners are not embroiled in a
relegation battle. Therefore punters looking to use their
free £10 bet might be tempted to back Spurs in their league encounters above their cup outings.
On the European involvement, Redknapp said: "I keep thinking that it's more games.
"Everyone wants to be in this competition - half of them want to get out of it.
"With three teams going through from five in the group, it's difficult not to qualify. I prefer the knockout over two legs, and this drags it out.
"We want to keep winning. But league points are so important - and we have a massive game at Watford in the Carling Cup as well."
