Tottenham goalkeeping coach Tony Parks has been given a one-match ban and a £2,500 fine for verbally abusing a match official.
Parks has accepted his penalty under the FA's E3 rule, which prohibits coaches from using abusive and or insulting language, and will be absent from the bench for Sunday's Barclays Premier League home game against Fulham. Parks has been a coach at Tottenham since 2008, having previously served as a player at White Hart Lane. He received his punishment for conduct towards the officials during the club's game against Bolton on May 2.
