In-form Sunderland striker Stephane Sessegnon has been linked with a summer move to either Tottenham or Arsenal.
The 27-year-old has been in fine form for the Black Cats in recent weeks, thriving under the management of new boss Martin O'Neill.
The Benin international has struck seven goals this season - five of those since O'Neill took charge at the start of December.
The former Paris Saint-Germain forward's form now appears to have caught the eye of a number of other clubs.
Reports in The Sun suggest that north London rivals Tottenham and Arsenal are set to go head-to-head for Sessegnon's signature in the summer.
The Black Cats will be loathed to lose one of their most influential players and are under no financial pressure to sell.
However, the lure of Champions League football may prove to much to resist for Sessegnon, meaning Sunderland may have a fight on their hands should a big-money bid come in over the summer.
