Tottenham are again being linked with a move for Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Foster, but the Reds are unlikely to sell.
Redknapp is keen to sign a new goalkeeper when the January transfer window opens and is known to be interested in Foster and West Ham goalkeeper Robert Green.
Foster is Redknapp's number one choice but he appears to be in the plans of United boss Sir Alex Fergsuon once he returns from injury and a deal looks unlikely.
Meanwhile, Redknapp is set to make a decision about the future of goalkeeper Ben Alnwick, who is due back from a loan spell at Carlisle United.
Redknapp is under pressure to axe Heurelho Gomes after his two clangers gifted Fulham victory at the weekend and Alnwick's return from his loan spell, which is due to end at the weekend could be very timely.
