Roma star linked with move

Tottenham are being linked with a January move for Roma's highly-rated midfielder Alessandro Rosina.

Spurs have been keeping tabs on the 24-year-old for sometime now and reports in Italy claim that a swoop could be on the cards when the transfer window opens again.

Rosina has already turned down one move to the Premiership when he snubbed Everton in the summer and it remains to be seen if he would fancy a switch to Spurs in their current position.

Tottenham need to start climbing the table if they are to attract the big names in January and Rosina may opt to stay put in Serie A.
