Spurs show interest in front man

Giuseppe Rossi could make a return to English football with Tottenham leading the queue of English clubs interested in the Italian.

Rossi's agent, Federico Pastorello, has announced that his client will be leaving El Madrigal this summer after Villarreal were relagated from La Liga at the end of last season.
It is thought that Spurs could be interested in the former Manchester United man, with a move for Emmauel Adebayour looking as though it has stalled.
The 25-year-old left Old Trafford in 2007 after making only five appreances for the club, but began to impress in Spain scoring 54 times in 136 outings despite missing a large chunk of last season through injury.
"I'm not worried because I'm conscious that interest in Rossi will start in the latter part of the window. He is calm and has his contract. Villarreal is in B, but he will not play in B," said his agent.
