Spurs trio receive news
Tottenham's Gareth Bale, Aaron Lennon and Williams Gallas have all been given the news that they can return to training in two weeks.
Spurs went two goals down in the first half to Basel in the Europa League quarter-final first leg at White Hart Lane, but goals from Emmanuel Adebayor and Gylfi Sigurdsson were enough to rescue a draw for Andre Villas-Boas' side.
Punters using their free bet may be interested to know the result was not the only disappointment of the night for the north London club as they lost Bale to an ankle ligament injury, while Lennon (knee) and Gallas (groin) also suffered knocks which will keep the trio out for the return leg.
PFA player of the year candidate Bale has helped fire Spurs to third in the Premier League and is now expected to miss the game with Everton at the weekend before the trip to Switzerland next Thursday, although he could return for the game with Manchester City on April 21.
A statement on the club website read: "The results of these scans have indicated that all three players are expected to return to training within two weeks.
"Bale, Gallas and Lennon have all commenced their treatment today and are responding positively."
