Spurs defender Michael Dawson is facing an anxious wait to find out how long his knee injury will keep him on the sidelines.
The 26-year-old looks set to sit out weeks, if not months, after falling badly early in the second half of England's 4-0 Euro 2012 win over Bulgaria at Wembley on Friday night.
It looks like Dawson will now miss at least the start of Spurs' Champions League campaign against Werder Bremen on September 14.
Spurs hot-shot Jermain Defoe scored a hat-trick for the Three Lions who now head to Switzerland for Tuesday's game.
