Arsene Wenger has dismissed the prospect of Harry Redknapp's arrival making any significant impact on the outcome of tonight's derby.
Tottenham fans who had their faith restored by the presence of the new manager in the technical area for Sunday's 2-0 win over Bolton are taking advantage of the
£10 free bet and backing Spurs to end their 17-year top-flight drought in tonight's
clash of the north London rivals.
But Wenger says the move to replace Juande Ramos with the ex-Portsmouth boss in the last few days will not count for much.
He said: "I believe if there is one game that is a bit special, it is Tottenham versus Arsenal so I don't think that will change a lot.
"Certainly in the longer term future it will change things for Tottenham, the fact that Harry has taken over, but I believe in tomorrow's specific game it is more about how well we will play and I believe that is more important than anything else."
Spurs beat Arsenal 5-1 when they last met in the Carling Cup in January, but Arsenal completed the Premier League double over Tottenham last term to continue their 17-match unbeaten sequence in derby matches.
Redknapp welcomes back Gareth Bale from a one-match ban for the trip to the Emirates, but skipper Ledley King is out - having played twice in a week - while Jonathan Woodgate has been struggling with a groin injury.
Denilson returns for Arsenal while Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Adebayor are pushing for recalls after starting on the bench in the 2-0 win at West Ham.
