Winger linked with Lane switch

Tottenham are already making enquires about a move for Newcastle United's Charles N'Zogbia in January.

Newcastle tried to offload N'Zogbia on deadline day but there were no takers and the Magpies are waiting for the window to re-open again before trying to cash in again.

N'Zogbia, who has attracted interest from Arsenal in the past, is believed to want his future sorted out and Spurs are ready to move. Juande Ramos has drawn up a list of players that he would like to bring to White Hart Lane and N'Zogbia is reported to be on it.

Spurs came under fire for their lack of activity in August and now seem determined to make up for it when the window opens for business once again.
